Driving Success Through Research
The call for evidence-based practice is part of our philosophy and ongoing commitment. Internationally, about 25 percent of our revenue is allocated to research every year. The research is focused on creating new designs for tests and training modules, verifying that existing tests and training methodologies produce sustainable results, and discovering ways to continually improve our cognitive and non-cognitive assessments and training programs.
