The Positive Schools 2015 Mental Health and Wellbeing conference has witnessed a significant increase in school based programs, initiatives, policy and an increased interest in the importance of social and emotional learning in education. Yet, a content heavy curriculum, excessive assessments, funding concerns and the persistent belief that academic learning is distant from social and emotional learning, all add up to an enormous barrier for educators who want to help their students flourish.

This conference offers a vital opportunity to become inspired, engaged and ignited with ideas, strategies and grounded thinking in mental health and positive education.
