The NeuroMite Development program provides a “whole of class or cohort” approach and is intended to reduce the gap between the low and high-end of learning capability, raising the average of the class to enable teachers to focus their teaching approach at the middle to upper levels of performance. Student learning and performance is negatively impacted by weaknesses in areas such as alertness, attention, memory, impulse control, and planning.

Surprisingly, weaknesses not only exist in the low to average student academic range but also in the high range. Cognitive development sessions use adaptive cognitive training software to target the progressive development of each student’s abilities irrespective of their initial ability level.

The Development program “starter package” is for two classes within the same grade, plus an optional control group class of students to allow schools to measure the impact of the program. The Development program is scalable and accommodates schools intending to run larger volumes of students and/or multiple grades through the program.
